Express Delivery:
Express delivery is available for orders shipping to Germany (excluding Büsingen am Hochrhein and Helgoland Island). Depending on the time of day that you place your order, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days. Express orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please note that orders for select products may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during your order placement.

Saturday Delivery:
Saturday delivery is available for orders shipping to Germany (excluding Büsingen am Hochrhein and Helgoland Island). Some area may not be covered. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12 noon are delivered that Saturday, between 9am and 12 noon.

All orders placed on Friday for Saturday delivery will be delivered the following Saturday (8 days later).

Collect in Store:

Pick up your order in a select Céline store.

Your order can be ready for in-store pickup as early as the day you place it or within 3 business days, depending on stock availability. Estimated preparation time will be displayed during order placement.

Orders placed on Sunday for in-store pickup will be processed the next business day. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready for collection. .

Please be prepared to present the following when picking up your order: 
1 - your original method of payment or Paypal confirmation email;
2 - your valid, government-issued ID;
3 -  your order confirmation email.

If you have authorized someone else to pick up your order, they will be required to present the following:
1 - your original method of payment or Paypal confirmation email;
2 - your valid, government-issued ID;
3 -  your order confirmation email;
4 - a letter in which you authorize this person to collect your item;
5 - a valid, government-issued ID for the person named in the authorization letter

Please collect your order within 15 days or we will refund your original method of payment.

What if I no longer want the item I ordered?

Is a signature required upon delivery?

For security reasons, all Celine.com purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by UPS except concierge deliveries.
If no one is available to sign for your package, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. Following these attempts, the package will be held at a location near you for 5 days. After 5 days, the package will be sent back to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Do you offer gift messages and wrapping?

At checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message in your order. All gift orders come with complimentary gift wrap and they omit the price from the order receipt.
If you are picking up your gift order in store, please ask for gift wrapping in the store upon collection.

Where does Céline deliver?

At this time, we ship to Germany ( excluding Büsingen am Hochrhein and Helgoland Island). We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels and certain industrial areas.
For delivery to a hotel, please contact our Client Services before placing an order.

How do I track my order?

Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also follow your order online by logging into your Céline account.

What's the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed.
At this time, the order status in your account is "Submitted".

Some orders require additional validation.
Once your order has been approved, its status in your account changes to "Confirmed".

As your order is being prepared, its status changes to "In Preparation".

When your order is ready to be shipped or ready for in-store pickup, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as an invoice.
Depending on your preferred shipping method, the status of your order changes to "Home Delivery: Shipped" or "Click & Collect: Ready for Collection".
 
Once your order has been delivered or picked up in store, you will receive an email confirmation of delivery or collection, as well as an invoice.
The order status in your account changes to "Delivered" or "Collected".

Can I pick up my order in-store?

You can pick up your order in-store at select Céline locations. If a Céline boutique near you offers in-store collection services, it will be displayed as a Click & Collect shipping option when you shop on Céline.com.

Are all products available for in-store pickup?

Most of our products are eligible to be collected in store. Depending on inventory, some items may not be available for in-store pickup at the time that you select the Click & Collect option.

When can my order be ready for in-store pickup?

In-store pickup orders placed from Monday to Friday by 2pm EST or on Saturday by 12pm EST may be ready for collection that day or in 2-4 business days, depending on stock availability.
In-store pickup orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following business day. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.
