How do I place an order online?
You do not need an account to place an order on Céline.com. However, we suggest registering for access to exclusive services.
Browse our catalog, select a category or a sub category from the navigation menu, or click into our selection featured on our homepage.
To find a specific item, use our [filters] to narrow the category results or type a query in the website search bar.
Once you have selected your product, choose your desired color and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking [add].To complete your purchase at a later time, add the product to your wishlist by clicking [save].
Once you add the first product to your Shopping Bag, the quantity of its contents will increase from 0 to 1. Once you have finished shopping, click on [cart] or [checkout] to be led to the checkout process.

How do I place a phone order?
Our advisors will be happy to assist you with placing a phone order. Please contact our Client Services from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 20pm.
Are all of your products available on your website?
The Céline website presents a wide selection of handbags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, sunglasses and jewellery. However, some limited products may not appear in our online store on occasion. If you do not see a product that you are looking for on our website, please contact our Client Services. One of our advisors will be happy to assist you with your search.
Can you notify me when an item is back in stock?
To receive an email notification when an item is back in stock, use our [Get notified] feature on the product page, or contact our Client Services.
How do pre-orders work?
Céline online account holders may pre-order select products before they arrive in stores.
The items that you pre-order are reserved for you and shipped as soon as they become available in our boutiques.
The product's estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page, at checkout and in your order details.
Please note that an order may not contain both a pre-order item and an in-stock item. We recommend placing two separate orders instead.
Pre-orders with different shipping dates: If you purchase two or more pre-order items with different shipping dates, your items will ship as soon as all of the products are ready, as a single order.
As for any order, you will be asked to submit your payment upon placing the order, either online or by phone.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Client Services as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
If you would like to return an order that you have received, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.
How do I track the status of my order?
Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also follow your order online by logging into your Céline account.

How can I find a product in a store near me?
The [Find in Store] feature on each product page allows you to locate the product in your nearest Céline store. Please note that this feature may not be active in some countries.
Find in Store also provides opening hours and estimated trip time. It also allows you to book a store appointment.
More than 24 hours have passed and I still haven't received an Order Confirmation email. What should I do?
You may experience a few minutes' delay between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your Spam inbox.
If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Client Services.
Can I book a store appointment online?
To book a store appointment, please visit our "Stores" stores section and select your favourite Céline boutique. Our Sales Advisors will be happy to welcome you. Please note that Celine.com's "Book an Appointment" feature is limited to select stores. To book an appointment in a store that is not listed, please contact our Client Services.
