How do I place an order online?

You do not need an account to place an order on Céline.com. However, we suggest registering for faster checkout and access to exclusive services.

Browse our catalog, select a category or a sub category from the navigation menu, or click into the curated product selection featured on our homepage.

To find a specific item, type a query into the website's search bar. Use the filters to refine any search results or product category pages.

To add products to your shopping bag, click "Add" on the product page and select your size (if applicable). Adding the first product to your shopping bag will increase the quantity of its contents from 0 to 1.

To complete your purchase at a later time, place the item in your wishlist by clicking "Save".

To begin the checkout process, click on the "Checkout" button or the shopping bag icon.

How do I place a phone order?

Our advisors will be happy to assist you with placing a phone order. Please contact our Client Services from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Are all of your products available on your website?

The Céline website presents a wide selection of handbags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, sunglasses and jewellery. On occasion, some products may not appear in our online store. If you do not see a product that you are looking for on our website, please contact our Client Services. One of our advisors will be happy to assist you with your search.

Can you notify me when an item is back in stock?

To receive an email notification when an item is back in stock, use our Notify Me feature on the item's product page, or contact our Client Services.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our Client Services as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

If you would like to return an order that you have received, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

 

How do I track the status of my order?

Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also track your order online by logging into your Céline.com account.

Can I place an order over the phone?

How can I find a product in a store near me?

The "Find in Store" feature on each product page allows you to locate that item in your nearest Céline store. It also provides opening hours, estimated trip time, and allows you to book a store appointment.
Please note that "Find in Store" may not be active in some countries.

I haven't received an order confirmation email since placing my order over 24 hours ago. What should I do?

You may experience a few minutes' delay between placing your order and receiving your order confirmation.  
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your Spam inbox.
If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact our Client Services.

Can I book a store appointment online?

To book a store appointment, please visit the "Stores" section of our website and select your preferred Céline boutique. Our Sales Advisors will be happy to welcome you. Please note that Celine.com's "Book an Appointment" feature is limited to select stores. To book an appointment in a boutique that is not listed, please contact our Client Services.
