  • STANDARD DELIVERY – COMPLIMENTARY :
    2 TO 5  WORKING DAYS. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS DISPLAYED DURING YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT.
     
    EXPRESS DELIVERY – COMPLIMENTARY : 
    1 TO 3 WORKING DAYS. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS DISPLAYED DURING YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT.
     
    SATURDAY DELIVERY – COMPLIMENTARY :
    SATURDAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPING TO FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SPAIN, AND UNITED KINGDOM. SOME AREA MAY NOT BE COVERED. PLEASE ENTER YOUR ZIP CODE AT CHECKOUT TO CONFIRM ELIGIBILITY.
      
    COLLECT IN STORE – COMPLIMENTARY : 
    SOME AREA MAY NOT BE COVERED. PICK UP YOUR ORDER IN A SELECTED CELINE STORE.YOUR ORDER CAN BE READY FOR IN-STORE PICKUP AS EARLY AS THE DAY YOU PLACE IT OR WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS, DEPENDING ON STOCK AVAILABILITY. ESTIMATED PREPARATION TIME WILL BE DISPLAYED DURING ORDER PLACEMENT.
    PLEASE COLLECT YOUR ORDER WITHIN 15 DAYS OR WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

  • Please collect your order within 15 days or we will cancel your order and refund your original payment method.

  • You can proceed with making a return or contact our Client Services.
  • For security reasons, all Celine.com purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by UPS except concierge deliveries.

    If no one is available to sign for your package, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. Following these attempts, the package will be held at a location near you for 5 days. After 5 days, the package will be sent back to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled and refunded.

  • At checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message in your order. All gift orders come with complimentary gift wrap and they omit the price from the order receipt.

    If you are picking up your gift order in store, please ask for gift wrapping in the store upon collection.

  • AT PRESENT, WE DELIVER IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE, CORSICA AND MONACO. FOR PERFUME ORDERS, WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THE ISLANDS. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES, HOTELS OR CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL ZONES.

    FOR ALL HOTEL DELIVERIES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR Client Service BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

  • Updates on your order status will be sent to you by email. You may also follow your order online by logging into your Celine account.

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed.
    At this time, the order status in your account is "Submitted".

    Some orders require additional validation.
    Once your order has been approved, its status in your account changes to "Confirmed".

    As your order is being prepared, its status changes to "In Preparation".

    When your order is ready to be shipped or ready for in-store pickup, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as an invoice.
    Depending on your preferred shipping method, the status of your order changes to "Home Delivery: Shipped" or "Click & Collect: Ready for Collection".
     
    Once your order has been delivered or picked up in store, you will receive an email confirmation of delivery or collection, as well as an invoice.
    The order status in your account changes to "Delivered" or "Collected".

  • You can pick up your order in-store at select Celine locations. If a Celine boutique near you offers in-store collection services, it will be displayed as a Click & Collect shipping option when you shop on Celine.com.

  • Most of our products are eligible to be collected in store. Depending on inventory, some items may not be available for in-store pickup at the time that you select the Click & Collect option.
