Returns and exchanges (WITHIN 14 DAYS)

How do I return or exchange something I ordered online?

Items purchased from CELINE.com can be returned for a full refund at no charge to CELINE.com or any CELINE free standing boutique in the United States. Return merchandise must be postmarked or returned to a CELINE boutique within 14 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs incurred upon order placement are non-refundable.

 

Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your credit card issuer.

 

Returning by mail to CELINE.com:

  1. Complete the return form included in your order and select a reason code for item(s) being returned. Return merchandise without this form will be sent back to the customer.
  2. Carefully repack your item(s) as they were delivered to you (with protective wrapping, pillows, etc) to prevent product damage in transit. Celine will be unable to give refunds on items not returned in perfectly sellable condition. To prevent delays with your return processing, please also remove all existing shipping labels from the parcel."
  3. Paste the pre-paid return shipping label on your parcel. If a return label was not enclosed, please contact us. CELINE is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Drop off the package at a UPS location.

 

Returning to a CELINE boutique:

  1. Bring your online purchase and return form to a CELINE free standing boutique. The return form is required to process in-store returns. To find the store nearest you, use our store locator. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at CELINE, department stores or other wholesale distributors. PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to CELINE.com.

 

EXCHANGES:

 

CELINE.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. To exchange an item purchased online:

  • Bring your online purchase and return form to a CELINE free standing boutique. The return form is required to process in-store returns and exchanges. To find the store nearest you, use our store locator. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at CELINE department stores or other wholesale distributors.
  • Return the item(s) via mail for a refund by using the return instructions in your shipment and place a new order on CELINE.com. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to CELINE.com and cannot be exchanged.
Return conditions
Returns to Celine.com must be mailed from the country to which the order was originally shipped. It must include the original Returns form. Returned items must be unused, with all original tags, accessories, and instruction booklets attached. Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return and they will be sent back to the customer. Eyewear cannot be returned after frames have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses.
When can I expect my refund?

Celine will do everything possible to ensure you are promptly refunded. Returns are processed within 14 days of your order cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Are delivery charges and return shipping costs refundable?

Celine offers free express shipping & collect in store services. There are no return costs, as pre paid labels are inserted in your parcel. Concierge delivery cost is refundable if all order item are returned. Concierge delivery cost may not be refundable in case of partial order return.

Can I return my item in a Celine store?
You may return products purchased online in our Cannes, Montaigne, Victor Hugo and Grenelle boutiques, at no charge. The original invoice must accompany all returns. Online purchases may not be returned to outlet stores, department stores, or duty-free stores. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. A different return policy may apply to purchases made in Celine boutiques.
Can I use a different carrier for my return shipping?
You may use other postal services at your own risk. Celine is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.
I misplaced my return label. How do I obtain a new one?
Please contact us so we may send you a new one.
Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?
For security reasons, we are only authorized to refund the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Can I return a gift for a refund?
For security reasons, we must refund the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. However, if you'd like to exchange your gift for another item, please contact us.
