How do I return or exchange something I ordered online?Products purchased on “celine.com” may be returned by post to the address specified by celine.com or by bringing the product to a Celine store (Omotesando and Ginza only) within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the article. Products purchased on celine.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any other store or other shops. SALE items are not eligible to any exchange and return.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?Celine will do everything possible to ensure you are promptly refunded. Returns are processed within 15 days of your order cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
Are delivery charges and return shipping costs refundable?Celine offers free shipping nationwide. There are no return costs, as pre paid labels are inserted in your parcel.
Can I return my item in a Celine store?You may return products purchased online by bringing the product to our Celine store (Omotesando and Ginza only). The original invoice must accompany all returns. Online purchases are not be able to be returned to outlet stores, department stores, or duty-free stores. A different return policy can apply to purchases made in Celine offline stores.
CAN I USE A DIFFERENT CARRIER FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING?You may use other postal services at your own risk. Celine is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.
I MISPLACED MY RETURN LABEL. HOW DO I OBTAIN A NEW ONE?Please contact us so we may send you a new one.
CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND ON A CREDIT CARD THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE I USED FOR THE ORDER?For security reasons, we are only authorized to refund the original method of payment used for the purchase.
CAN I RETURN A GIFT FOR A REFUND?For security reasons, we must refund the credit card or the bank account of the original purchaser that was used to make the original purchase. If you'd like to exchange your gift for another item, please contact ourClient Services .
When you pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet available for sale.
Your payment will be processed when you place your order or shortly after.
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as the item has not been shipped (and after the shipping
by using your withdrawal right).
