  • Products purchased on “celine.com” may be returned by post to the address specified by celine.com or by bringing the product to a CELINE STORE (OMOTESANDO/GINZA/AZABUDAI/MIDOSUJI ONLY) within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the article. Products purchased on celine.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any other store or other shops. SALE items are not eligible to any exchange and return.

    In order to promptly service you, when visiting the store or sending items by post for return or exchange, please contact Client Services in advance and state the reason, etc. on the “Return Request Form.” We may not be able to accept returns if we do not hear from you in advance

    Regarding "Return Conditions", please confirm the following section. Exception: SALE items

    PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE WITH “ARTICLES WITH EQUAL OR HIGHER PRICE.” PLEASE SELECT THE RETURN OPTION OF YAMATO CARRIER THROUGH THE QR CODE INCLUDED INTO THE RETURN FORM. IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT WITH ANOTHER CARRIER YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE RETURN.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURN FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    - WHERE 14 DAYS HAVE LAPSED AFTER DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT OR COLLECTION OF THE PRODUCT IN A CELINE STORE;

    - PRODUCTS THAT BEEN USED OR SHOW SIGNS OF USE AFTER DELIVERY (CREASES, TWISTS, SCRATCHES, LOOSE THREADS, STAINS, ODOR, ETC.);

    - PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED OR ALTERED, ETC.;

    - ADJUSTED/ALTERED FRAMES OR EYEWEAR WITH LENSES REPLACED;

    - PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS SUCH AS MADE-TO-ORDER

    - WHERE A PART OF THE PRODUCT OR ACCESSORIES (PACKAGING, ETC.) IS MISSING UPON RETURN;

    - ANY PERFUME THAT ISN’T RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL, INTACT PACKAGING (THE CLEAR FILM COVERING THE PERFUME CASING MUST STILL BE SEALED) WILL BE REFUSED.

    - FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENIC REASONS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS (SUCH AS LIPSTICKS) MUST BE RETURNED INTACT, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND UNUSED.​

    - FOR HEALTH AND HYGIENIC REASONS, BEAUTY PRODUCTS (SUCH AS LIPSTICKS) MUST BE RETURNED INTACT, IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND UNUSED.​

    - WHERE THE SECURITY TAG (ANCILLARY TAG) HAS BEEN REMOVED (PLEASE TRY ON PRODUCTS WITH THE TAGS ON);

    - PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN EXCHANGED;

    - WHERE THE PRODUCT IS NOT ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

    - SALE ITEMS (WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGE AND RETURN REQUESTS)

  • Celine will do everything possible to ensure you are promptly refunded. Returns are processed within 15 days of your order cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
  • CELINE.COM OFFERS FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE. RETURNS ARE OFFERED AS WELL WHEN USING CELINE'S DESIGNED CARRIER.
  • You may use other postal services at your own risk. Celine is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.
  • You may return products purchased online by bringing the product to our Celine store (OMOTESANDO/GINZA/AZABUDAI/KOBE/MIDOSUJI ONLY). The original invoice must accompany all returns. Online purchases are not be able to be returned to outlet stores, department stores, or duty-free stores. A different return policy can apply to purchases made in Celine offline stores.
