AVOID BENDING THE JEWELS ESPECIALLY RIGID BRACELETS TO PREVENT OXIDATION.
PIECES WITH SPRING FUNCTIONALITY MUST NOT GET IN CONTACT WITH SEA WATER OR AGGRESSIVE CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES ALL OUR JEWELS ARE NICKEL-FREE AND HYPOALLERGENIC.

CELINE HAS CREATED PRECIOUS JEWELS IN 925/1000 STERLING SILVER AND GOLD PLATED 925/1000 STERLING SILVER (ALSO KNOWN AS VERMEIL). THE VERMEIL JEWELS ARE MADE OF STERLING SILVER PLATED WITH 5 MICRONS OF 24 K GOLD. WE CERTIFY THE AUTHENTICITY OF THESE JEWELS. PRECIOUS PIECES ARE TIMELESS AND AGE BEAUTIFULLY WITH A PROPER CARE. THE STERLING SILVER PIECES WILL NATURALLY GET A VINTAGE LOOK WITH USAGE.
NATURAL STONES ARE DELICATE AND MUST BE PROTECTED FROM IMPACTS. THEY SHOULD BE KEPT IN A PLACE WHERE THEY DO NOT KNOCK INTO EACH OTHER.
ENAMEL IS A VERY DURABLE MATERIAL. IT IS SENSITIVE TO SHOCKS SO THEY SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH CARE. IT SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM CHEMICAL AND ABRASIVE PRODUCTS.
THE LEATHER MATERIAL IS AUTHENTIC YET DELICATE. A FEW DROPS OF RAIN CAN BE WIPED AWAY WITH A SOFT, DRY CLOTH. AVOID CONTACT WITH COSMETICS & CHEMICAL PRODUCTS TO PREVENT STAINS.

Returns and exchanges (WITHIN 14 DAYS)
Items purchased from CELINE.com can be returned for a full refund at no charge to CELINE.com or any CELINE free standing boutique in the United States. Return merchandise must be postmarked or returned to a CELINE boutique within 14 days from the date of delivery. Shipping costs incurred upon order placement are non-refundable.
HOLIDAY SEASON RETURN POLICY:
IN ADDITION TO OUR STANDARD 14-DAY RETURN POLICY, ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM SUNDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2019, TO TUESDAY, DECEMBER 24th, 2019 MUST BE POSTMARKED FOR RETURN (OR RETURNED TO A CELINE FREE STANDING STORE) ON OR BEFORE WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8th, 2020.
Please note that refunds may take several business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your credit card issuer.
Returning by mail to CELINE.com:
- Complete the return form included in your order and select a reason code for item(s) being returned. Return merchandise without this form will be sent back to the customer.
- Carefully repack your item(s) as they were delivered to you (with protective wrapping, pillows, etc) to prevent product damage in transit. Fragrance returns must be mailed to Celine in the original shipping box, with all original shipping stickers on the package, and using the pre-paid ground shipping label in your order. To prevent delays with your return processing, please also remove all existing shipping labels from the parcel." Celine will be unable to give refunds on items not returned in perfectly sellable condition. - Paste the pre-paid return shipping label on your parcel. If a return label was not enclosed, please contact us. CELINE is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our pre-paid return shipping label.
- Drop off the package at a UPS location.
Returning to a CELINE boutique:
- Bring your online purchase and return form to a CELINE free standing boutique. The return form is required to process in-store returns. To find the store nearest you, use our store locator. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at CELINE, department stores or other wholesale distributors. Fragrance returns are accepted in only some free-standing stores. The Purchaser should (i) contact the CELINE Client Service Center about stores that accept fragrance returns or (ii) return his or her fragrance by mail as indicated above, in the original shipping box, with all original shipping stickers on the package, and using the pre-paid ground shipping label in the order. PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to CELINE.com.
CELINE.com cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. To exchange an item purchased online:
- Bring your online purchase and return form to a CELINE free standing boutique. The return form is required to process in-store returns and exchanges. To find the store nearest you, use our store locator. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at CELINE department stores or other wholesale distributors.
- Return the item(s) via mail for a refund by using the return instructions in your shipment and place a new order on CELINE.com. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. PayPal purchases must be returned exclusively to CELINE.com and cannot be exchanged.
- Fragrance exchanges are accepted only in some free-standing stores. The Purchaser should (i) contact CELINE Client Service Center about stores that accept fragrances exchanges or (ii) return his or her fragrance by mail as indicated above (in the original shipping box, with all original shipping stickers on the package, and using the pre-paid ground shipping label enclosed in the order) and place a new fragrance order.
Returned items must be unused, with all original tags, accessories, and instruction booklets attached. It must include the original Returns form.
Items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or altered may not be accepted for return and may be sent back to the customer.
Eyewear cannot be returned after frames have been fitted with prescription or replacement lenses.
PERFUME THAT IS NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING (CLEAR PROTECTIVE FILM INTACT) WILL BE REFUSED.

Celine will do everything possible to ensure you are promptly refunded. Returns with refund are processed within 14 days of your order cancellation. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your account has been credited.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
CELINE offers free express shipping, concierge delivery & collect in store services.
There are no return costs, as pre paid labels are inserted in your parcel.
You may return products purchased online to any celine free standing store using the same currency as the one used to purchase the item (excluding department stores, outlets & airports), at no charge.
The original invoice must accompany all returns.
A different return policy may apply to purchases made in CELINE boutiques.
You may use other postal services at your own risk. CELINE is not liable for goods returned using any method other than our collection service.

For security reasons, we are only authorized to refund the original method of payment used for the purchase.
