Repair Acceptance:
1. Please bring your item to a CELINE store, or if there is no store nearby, contact Client Services.
2. Quotation: After receiving your item, we will provide details of the repair and an estimate within 3 business days.
3. Repair Execution: Upon your approval, the repair will proceed.
4. Notification: After a quality check of the completed repair, we will notify you of its completion.
5. Delivery: Your item will be returned either in-store or by shipment. Payment for the repair will be collected upon delivery. For shipments, we request payment via cash on delivery (COD).
The cost varies depending on the nature of the repair and the item. After we receive your item, we will contact you within 3 business days via phone or email with details of the repair and the associated costs.
The scope of repair varies depending on the material, shape, and condition of the product. After we receive your item, we will provide details of the repair and an estimate.
The turnaround time varies depending on the nature of the repair and the item. Typically, repairs are completed and ready for delivery within 1 to 4 months. Please note that in some cases, it may be necessary to order replacement parts, which could affect the timeline.
CELINE offers a complimentary pampering service for leather goods (bags, wallets) that are 12 months or older, involving care with a specialized cream. Please note that this service may not be available for all materials. For more details, kindly contact your purchasing store or Client Services.
CELINE does not offer product cleaning services.
Leather Goods:
・Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, and light sources.
・Carry your CELINE bag gently, using the handles or shoulder strap.
・Avoid overloading the bag to preserve its shape.
・Refrain from contact with dark fabrics like denim, as there could be possible color transfer.
・Prevent contact with perfumes, hairspray, alcohol, or other irritants.
・Store your CELINE bag in its original felt bag in a dry place.
・Keep metal parts or any other detachable elements that could mark the bag outside of the dust bag, or detached inside the bag.
・Avoid coarse surfaces. Gently massage light scratches with a soft, dry cloth.
・If your CELINE bag gets wet, dab it with a soft, dry cloth to absorb the moisture.
・Consider bringing your bag to a CELINE boutique annually for professional care and pampering services.

Ready-To-Wear:
・Avoid spraying perfume or other cosmetic products directly on your garments.
・Be cautious of contact with dark fabrics like denim, as there could be possible color transfer.
・Certain materials such as silk, chiffon, satin, or cashmere are particularly delicate. Therefore, be cautious when wearing jewelry and accessories to avoid damage to the garment.
・Use protected and padded hangers for hanging pieces.
・Store your items in a well-ventilated and temperate place.
・Store delicate items like knitwear, sweaters, or cardigans flat on shelves.
・Keep items in dry places and away from light to preserve their colors.
・In your wardrobe, separate clothes of contrasting colors and different materials.
・In case of a stain, promptly entrust your garment to a professional cleaner. After dry cleaning, remove the plastic cover and thoroughly air the piece before storing it.
・Read and follow the care and cleaning instructions indicated on the care labels.
・Leather garments should be cleaned by leather specialists.
・Remove detachable embellishments or belts before dry cleaning.
・Handwashing or machine washing is possible, always inside out, with cold temperature water. Do not tumble dry.
・We do not recommend ironing denim garments. If necessary, iron inside out, avoiding long pressure.
・Always wash indigo brut denim pieces with items of the same or darker color.

Shoes:
・Avoid contact with water or greasy substances.
・Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light or overexposure to heat.
・Wear with care, being aware that dark colors may transfer onto your shoes.
・Alternate pairs and do not wear the same pair several days in a row to preserve longevity.
・Store each shoe in its dust bag or in silk paper within the CELINE box.
・Store your items in a well-ventilated and temperate place.
・The use of brighteners, polish creams, or waterproof spray is not recommended as they could alter the upper surface or damage the leather.
・Leather sneakers can be cleaned gently with a moistened microfiber cloth and water (without soap).
・Use a specific brush for suede leather and a rubber brush for shearling.
・Do not brush hairy calfskin models.

Accessories/Costume Jewelry:
・Handle your jewelry with care, as strong shocks may break the gold layer and cause oxidation.
・Natural stones and pearls are delicate and must be protected from impacts.
・Apply perfume or makeup before putting on jewelry, as certain chemical ingredients can discolor, stain, or damage your items.
・Remove any jewelry before exercising.
・When not worn, all jewels should be protected in the CELINE pouch to prevent impacts and friction.
・Do not put more than one item in the same dust bag/box.
・Store your items in a dry place and away from light.
・Do not bend your bracelet.
・Clean and rub your piece regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
・Our leather pieces are made with authentic and delicate materials. A few drops of rain can be wiped away with a soft, dry cloth.
・Do not clean with water, soap, or any other chemical solution.
・In case of contact with water, gently dry using an absorbent cloth. Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

Sunglasses:
・To preserve the shape and integrity of your glasses, when not wearing them, place them resting on the arms or store them in their case; avoid putting them on your head.
・Always use the arms to handle them.
・Store your sunglasses in their case when not in use.
・Keep your item in a dry place and away from light, at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C.
・Protect the lenses and frame during storage to prevent scratches and other damages.
・In case of contact with water, gentle drying using an absorbent cloth is recommended.
・Use a damp cloth and mild soap to clean your sunglasses. Then dry them with a soft, clean cloth. Keep your item in a dry place and away from light.
・Avoid solvents such as alcohol and acetone, and harsh chemical detergents.
