FAQ - THE HOUSE OF CELINE

THE HOUSE OF CELINE

  • MANUFACTURING & SOURCING

Use of third-party partners, selection, evaluation and control

CELINE, when needed, entrusts specific productions and technical expertise to carefully chosen third-party partners.

Each collaboration is the result of a rigorous selection process that integrates ethical, social, environmental and regulatory standards. Prior to any engagement, suppliers undergo a preliminary assessment to ensure compliance with applicable laws as well as with CELINE and LVMH Group’s standards on human rights, working conditions, health and safety, and environmental protection and quality.

    Regular audits

All third-party laboratories and suppliers are subject to regular assessments. These audits are conducted by internal teams and independent external experts, either announced, semi-announced or unannounced. Their purpose is to verify compliance with our standards and to encourage a process of continuous improvement across the supply chain.

    Intervention in case of violations

When a breach of CELINE and LVMH’s ethical or legal standards are identified, the Maison responds with determination. Corrective action plans are defined and implemented with our partners. In cases of serious violations or when cooperation is lacking, CELINE reserves the right to apply all contractual measures, including the termination of the collaboration.

    Training and internal seminars

With the support of the LVMH Group, CELINE develops dedicated training sessions and seminars to strengthen responsible practices across its supply chain.

These initiatives, guided by the LVMH Suppliers’ Code of Conduct, foster awareness, coherence, and a shared culture of responsibility throughout the Maison and its partners.
