STANDARD DELIVERY:
DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER, IT WILL ARRIVE IN 2-4 WORKING DAYS (4-6 FOR MONACO). STANDARD ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS FOR SPECIAL PRODUCTS CAN TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME IS DISPLAYED DURING YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT.
Express Delivery:
Depending on the time of day that you place your order and the items availablity, your order will arrive in 1-3 working days.
Express orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.Please note that orders for some products or countries may take up to 8 working days to be delivered. The estimated delivery time will be displayed during your order placement.
Saturday Delivery:
Saturday delivery is available for orders shipping to France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and United Kingdom. Some area may not be covered. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12 noon can be delivered on that Saturday the same week, between 9am and 12 noon
All orders placed on Thursday after 12 noon, Friday, Saturday or Sunday for Saturday delivery will be delivered on Saturday of the following week.
Concierge delivery
Experience our exclusive, personal and highly flexible delivery service by CELINE messengers. Concierge delivery is available in selected stores and for some products.
Depending on items availability, Concierge orders may be delivered the same day (between 18h-22h) or within a 2-hour time slot of your choice (from Monday to Saturday, between 10am and 10pm).Please call our Client Service to schedule your concierge delivery.
Collect in Store:
Pick up your order in a selected CELINE store.Your order can be ready for in-store pickup as early as the day you place it or within 8 working days, depending on stock availability. Estimated preparation time will be displayed during order placement.
Orders placed on Sunday for in-store pickup will be processed the next working day. You will be notified via email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.

At this time, we ship to the Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sapin, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom, Isle of Man.
FOR PERFUME ORDERS, WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THE ISLANDS.
We do not deliver to PO boxes, hotels and certain industrial areas.
For delivery to a hotel, please contact our Client Service before placing an order.

For security reasons, all Celine.com purchases require an adult (at least 21 years of age) signature upon delivery. All orders, except for concierge deliveries, are shipped by UPS.
If you are not available to sign for your package, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. Following these attempts, the package will automatically return to sender.

You can pick up your order in-store at selected CELINE locations.
If a CELINE boutique near you offers in-store collection services, it will be displayed as a Click & Collect shipping option when you shop on CELINE.com. -
Please collect your order within 15 days or we will cancel your order and refund your original payment method.

Most of our products are eligible to be collected in store.
Depending on inventory, some items may not be available for in-store pickup at the time that you select the "Click & Collect" option. -

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICE IS NOT DISPLAYED ON THE ORDER RECEIPT.
IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR GIFT ORDER IN STORE, PLEASE ASK FOR GIFT WRAPPING IN THE STORE UPON COLLECTION.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order has been placed.
At this time, the order status in your account is "Submitted".
Some orders require additional validation.
Once your order has been approved, its status in your account changes to "Confirmed".
As your order is being prepared, its status changes to "In Preparation".
When your order is ready to be shipped or picked up in-store, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice.
Depending on your preferred shipping method, the status of your order changes to "Home Delivery: Shipped" or "Click & Collect: Ready for Collection".
Once your order has been delivered or picked up in-store, you will receive an email confirmation and an invoice.
The order status in your account changes to "Delivered" or "Collected". -
You can proceed with making a return or CLIENT SERVICE.
