VIEW YOUR ORDER STATUS BY ENTERING THE CELINE 10-DIGIT ORDER NUMBER WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN “MY ACCOUNT” SECTION FOR REGISTERED CLIENTS ONLY. NEWLY PLACED ORDER MAY TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES TO APPEAR. ​

  • DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY – COMPLIMENTARY :​
    2-6 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS FOR SOME PRODUCTS OR COUNTRIES MAY TAKE UP TO 9 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE DELIVERED. THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME WILL BE DISPLAYED DURING YOUR ORDER PLACEMENT.​ ​

     

    ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.​

    AFTER TWO CONSECUTIVE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, THE PACKAGE WILL BE HELD AT A SERVICE POINT NEAR YOU FOR 5 CALENDAR DAYS. AFTER WHICH, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO CELINE AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED.​

  • AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED GIFT MESSAGE AND COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAPPING WITH YOUR ORDER.​ ​

    AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. AT THIS TIME, THE ORDER STATUS IN YOUR ACCOUNT IS "SUBMITTED“.​ ​

     

    SOME ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL VALIDATION. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED, THE ORDER STATUS CHANGES TO "CONFIRMED".​ ​

     

    AS YOUR ORDER IS BEING PREPARED, THE ORDER STATUS CHANGES TO "IN PREPARATION".​ ​

     

    WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY TO BE SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND AN INVOICE. THE ORDER STATUS CHANGES TO "SHIPPED" WHEN THE PACKAGE IS ON TRANSIT.​

  • YOU CAN PROCEED TO MAKE A RETURN BY FOLLOWING THE RETURN INSTRUCTION INCLUDED WITH YOUR ORDER.​ ​
